We created Revie with one goal: to give our customers a pleasant shopping experience. Our company policies are detailed below, consult them and contact us if you want to know more.

SHIPMENTS  

Domestic shipments are made by SDA courier with a flat rate of € 7.20 for each order. Above € 75, shipments are free.  

Shipments are divided into 2 days a week: Monday and Wednesday in order to accumulate orders and not further burden traffic on wheels.  

The courier delivers in 2-4 days from shipment.

RETURNS  

Returns are always accepted if in optimal conditions, without stains, defects and missing tags. The time limit is set at 10 days. Once the return is received, the refund is made within 14 working days.  

Shipping costs are charged to the buyer, they are deducted directly from the refund.  

To request a return, fill out the "contact us" form with your request, it will be sent to you  the label to be applied on the package that the courier will collect.
